Outlier 2026 brings together a worldwide community to advance the craft of data visualization. Learn from practitioners sharing real work, join hands-on sessions, and take part in conversations that push the field forward.
The agenda is fully virtual and globally-inclusive, designed to be meaningful and accessible to everyone, regardless of location, without the cost or friction of in-person travel. The virtual setting keeps costs low while creating a space to learn, engage across the community, and stretch your creative thinking alongside peers and top talents!
Going virtual cuts a significant amount of the environmental cost associated with traditional conferences. No flights, no hotels, no single-use materials.
Those savings are reinvested back into the program: better content, more diverse speakers, and greater accessibility for the global community.
The conference will take place virtually from June 24–26, 2026.
All sessions are scheduled in Eastern Time (ET). Conference activities run from 5:30 AM to 5:45 PM on June 24–25, and from 6:00 AM to 12:30 PM on June 26.
